These LSVs are street-legal, equipped with advanced safety features, and perfect for exploring neighborhoods and towns.

Q: What's Your Cancellation Policy?
- Cancellations with greater than 7 days' notice will receive their refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee per cart.
- Cancellations less than 7 days, but greater than 24 hours, will receive their refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee per cart.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit all funds.
- No refunds will be given for early termination.
- Virginia Golf Cars of Newport News reserves the right to make the weather call no earlier than 2 days prior to reservation.
Q: Where and when will you deliver?
- Rental carts are delivered and picked up Monday through Thursday ONLY.
- Carts will be delivered between NOON-5 pm on the rental start date and picked up by NOON on the rental end date.
- We provide standard local delivery within 30 miles of our Newport News location for $150.
- Deliveries beyond 30 miles of our Newport News location range incur a $4 per mile fee.

Required to Rent
- Must be 21 years old or older to rent.
- Must have a valid Driver's License to operate the golf cart.
- Rentals are NOT street legal. Follow all rules of the road.
- Rentals are encouraged to be returned clean and refueled.

Utility golf car rentals are not street legal, whereas Low-Speed Vehicles (LSV) offered via our partner website at Journee have improved safety features to explore more areas than utility golf cars can go.
Renters must follow the rules and laws of the road. Please ensure you are familiar with Virginia's state laws regarding the use of golf carts on roads, and also verify your local city ordinances concerning golf cart usage on streets.
